Buena Creek Gardens, San Marcos, Ca

The Buena Creek Gardens is a nursery in San Marcos. They have beautiful garden décor as well as many paths and garden settings to browse through. It is a very lush, green and shady place to stroll and select plants and flowers for your garden. They specialize in unique and uncommon plants. This was the location of the San Diego Urban Sketchers Meetup on Sunday, June 8, 2014.

San Diego Natural History Museum

San Diego Urban Sketchers and the group sketches at the Natural History Museum meetup today. There were TONS of interesting subjects to sketch. Not only did they have their regular skull exhibit but they had Pirates due to the special Pirate exhibit.

San Diego Botanical Garden, Encinitas

West Coast Clydesdale Ranch, Lakeside, CA

 The San Diego Urban Sketchers Meetup group at the West Coast Clydesdale Ranch in Lakeside. The owners Betty and Mark gave us a tour of the property and then we settled in to sketch. There were so many things to sketch!
