The meetup at the Mission San Diego de Alcala was touch and go due to the rain forecast. About 10 minutes after we arrived there was a very short downpour but enough to send us scurrying under the walkway shelter. We had a nice group and finished some great sketches. This mission was the first of the 21 missions and is know as the Mother of Missions.
